Body Wash To Lather For!

So last week I did my usual weekly shop, except I decided to go to Coles instead of Woolworths. Why? Not really sure as I now strongly believe that they are the more expensive of the 2.

I needed body wash. So i'm walking down the isle and I pick up my usual Radox Shower Gel (which retails for $6.38 woolies, $6.41 coles for a 500ml bottle)  and another bottle of body wash caught my eye. Radox really wasnt doing much for me in the making me feel luxurious category.

Its called 49 bee miles make one skin nourishing bottle of Shea Butter and Honey. Long name I know, but OMFG!!!!! This body wash makes my skin feel sooooooo silky smooth. To me it is a very high quality body wash or shower cream as they call it and it does look like cream when it comes out of the bottle. Im even tempted not to let my husband near it.... You dont need to use alot of product either. In fact Ive found that you really only need to use half of what I would usually of used with Radox to get a much better feeling with the same amount of cleanliness.... I use this product with exfoliating gloves and I am literally in heaven. My skin is left so silky smooth. My husband just wont stop touching me though lol....

This product I highly recommend!!!!

Its offcial description is:
When you want a calming shower experience, you can rest assured that our delicious shea butter body wash is the perfect way to chill out. In fact, it takes 49 bee miles to help make just one bottle of our delectable Shea Butter and Honey skin nourishing shower cream.

African in origin, Shea butter is used for all kinds of things in its home continent, and one of the most important is making sore skin lovely again. So it's no wonder it crops up in so many Western skin products thanks to its ability to soften skin and improve elasticity. And with the ancient skin healing power of honey on board too,  you’ll be in seventh heaven with one of the sweetest and skin-lovingest scents we’ve ever produced. Smell it - go on, don't be shy. This shea butter and honey shower gel is like an ambrosial nectar of the gods.

Now for the details:
This product is pratically available worldwide as if you cant get it there is always EBAY. However, as of October this year this product has exclusively only been available at Coles here in Australia. I have checked Woolworths and they are yet to stock it but have to still check out places like Priceline who you would think would stock it as they stock products like David Babaii for Wildaid etc.

At coles it retails for $4.27 for 250ml. Okay so it works out a little more expensive than the Radox but as a mum I know that they only real ME time you get is when you are in the shower lol... So my personal opinion is that this is where you need to take your time and get the most out of it. Somtimes I curl up under the shower on the floor... Until the husband comes in and wants something lol...

You need to go and buy this and try it for yourself. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

They have other scents aswell...

Go on... you know you want to :)

My Booty Busting Boot Camp

Before falling pregnant a year ago I had let myself go and had put on some serious weight. No matter how much I pushed myself at the gym or which diet I tried I just couldnt shift the weight. Since having Noah (my 7 month old son, the light of my life) I have now lost 14kgs (30pds).

I also had my gallbladder removed 2 months ago. Yes, I had gallstones... A repucusion of years of beating my body with fatty food... I had to change my diet immediately with the gallstones and the diet has definately helped with the weight loss too. I have had to start reading labels on food and I was so surprised to find out that foods I thought were GOOD for me were definately NOT!

Dont get me wrong, the breastfeeding definately helped but now "Its on like donkey kong!" Starting on the 4th October, 2010 I am taking part in an 8 week challenge with Carpe Diem Personal Training here in Brisbane. Brad and Renee are fantastic motivators...

Boot Camp officially starts on the 18th October. I know it would make sense to start it the same week as the challenge but I just want to make sure I am fully healed before getting into serious booty busting.

Zumba starts this week with my good friend Nicole, I hope its fun and Parents Fitness Class will start next week. Gotta ease into this a little.

I will post my diet soon. Its not really a diet but rather a dont eat this stuff and limit this stuff list. I will also post recipes of food that I actually enjoy while on this diet.

You can  check in with me at any time by going here and I strongly suggest you go check it out anyway...

There are other peoples 8 week challenge journeys on there too so be sure to check them out as well and by all means, join and start your own. Its free and you dont have to commit to doing any classes with them or anything (althought it would be worth your while).

I will be posting starting photos of me soon so you can get an idea of my progress.

Pumpkin Patch Update

Hi Mummies & Dolls,

So Noah woke up and OMG he is so cute in these hats... Check out the pics below. They are still a litte big for him but workable. I got them in an XS. Although Pumpkin Patch prices aren't exactly on the cheap side, they are worth every penny. I have found that there products last alot longer than the department stores in way of quality and of wear. The sizes are alot more giving.

Let me know what you think.
